System Administration

The UNOH systems administration program offers you the highest level of Microsoft training in the world, unlike many community colleges, which can take you to the MCITP Level.   A Microsoft certified IT Professional certification is highly regarded and will give you a valuable competitive edge in the job market.  The median annual earnings for network and computer systems administrators can range from $50,000 to more than $130,000 per year.**

91%

of System Administration Graduates are Employed or Continuing their Education*

Constant technology upgrades and program flexibility are the key ingredients in a successful Information Technology education.  UNOH provides our students with the latest upgrades in software, like Microsoft’s Server, and Windows 7 and 10 Operating Systems. Students will master each of these operating systems by using VM-ware software products.

Being a VM-Ware IT Academy institution, and utilizing Microsoft Virtual Academy courses, gives you access to resources offered directly from VM-ware and Microsoft.   These resources would cost thousands of dollars if purchased on their own and are available to System Administration students even after they graduate.***

UPON GRADUATION, YOU’LL BE PREPARED FOR CAREERS SUCH AS:

*Percentages are based on surveys of our 2015-2017 academic year Digital Forensics, Digital Multimedia Design, Network Security, and System Administration associate degree graduates who reported they are employed or are continuing their education within 6 months of graduation from the University of Northwestern Ohio.  There was a 68% response rate to this survey.
