Transcript & Diploma Information

Online Ordering

Transcripts can be ordered via the Web 24/7 through the Parchment. You can place as many orders as you like in one session using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed. Order updates will be emailed to you. You can also track your order online using your email address and order number.

Your signed consent may be required to fulfill your transcript order. For your convenience, a consent form will be generated and should be completed as part of your Parchment order.

Financial obligations to the University of Northwestern Ohio must be satisfied before a transcript can been released. If you do have a financial hold on your student record, you will not be able to place an order until your hold has been resolved.

Transcripts will not be faxed or emailed under any circumstances.

You can upload up to three documents to be attached to your transcript in PDF format only. You will be presented with this option when placing your order. Attachments must be “ready to deliver” and will go directly to the receiving institution without being handled by the Registrar Office. If you need a signature on your attachment, please have that done before placing your Parchment Order.

Rush requests must be made by 12:00 pm Eastern time. If received after 12:00 pm, the request will be processed the next business day.

Processing Options:

All transcripts will be processed using the grade data available, including all classes as of the day your request is processed.
