Accessing UNOH Online Services

UNOH provides students with a number of online services that greatly enhance the communication of information from application to graduation. Most notable are the e-mail (http://mail.unoh.edu) and the myUNOH portal (http://my.unoh.edu) systems. These two in particular may be used immediately upon acceptance as a student to the University.

Many services are also available on mobile devices such as smart phones and tablets. Please visit http://www.unoh.edu/mobile/ for a full list of services and instructions on how to use these services. Most notable here are using the UNOH e-mail system on a smart phone and accessing the UNOH Facebook application called Schools App.

  • What's my son or daughter's user name to access the UNOH portal and email system?

  • What if I don't know the password or the password has expired?

  • How do we log into the e-mail system?

    • You may go directly to http://mail.unoh.edu to access the e-mail system. Please use the username and password provided to you to log in. If you have forgotten these or do not know what they are, please visit the user name look up tool and password reset tool (described above) to assist you with this.

  • How do we configure our smart phone to use the e-mail system?

    • There are many different types of smart phones on the market so it is difficult to publish instructions that work for any one device. However, you may visit http://www.unoh.edu/mobile/email.shtml for the most common items that smart phones require to access the e-mail system. HINT: Many times devices ask for username or user ID and most times this is actually the full UNOH e-mail address (for example: jxnorth@unoh.edu, not simple jxnorth). So if the username doesn't seem to work, try using the entire e-mail address instead.

  • How do we log into the myUNOH Portal?

    • You may go directly to http://my.unoh.edu to access the portal. Please use the username and password provided to you to log in. If you have forgotten these or do not know what they are, please visit the user name look up tool and password reset tool (described above) to assist you with this.

  • My son or daughter needs to use Microsoft Office to complete assignments. Does UNOH provide this and if so, where can we get a copy?

    • Microsoft has provided a Student Office 365 ProPlus license that may be installed by current students of UNOH at no charge. However, this is only available to current students. This license automatically becomes available for download and installation on up to 5 personal devices upon attending their first day of classes. When Office 365 becomes available a new link will appear within the email system. Please visit http://support.unoh.edu/office365 for more information about this valuable program. UNOH highly recommends against purchasing Microsoft Office and to instead take advantage of the provided no cost license when they arrive for classes on their first day.
