|Associate Dean, College of Business
The University of Northwestern Ohio, a regionally accredited institution, which offers associate, baccalaureate, and an MBA, is taking applications for an Associate Dean, which works with the Dean of the College of Business as well as related colleges. It is located in Lima, Ohio, a community of 40,000 people.
Working closely with the Dean in supervising the faculty and staff at the Colleges of Business, Occupational Professions, and Health Professions.
Serving on accreditation teams as required.
Serving as the advisor to life experiential portfolio development participants.
Supporting college-wide student retention efforts.
Attending and/or leading University committees as needed.
Assisting in the evaluation of faculty on a yearly basis.
Coordinating departmental activities and serving as departmental leader.
Serving as the primary contact for student complaints or requests.
Any other assignment
Candidates must have a minimum of a Masters Degree from a regionally accredited college or university; Ph.D. preferred. Three to five years of collegiate experience at the department chair or director level. Good communication skills and the ability to work with diverse constituencies.
