Technological Testing Scholarship
- A written, multiple choice test is given to high school seniors
- Winners
will be selected by the top test scores in the
auto, diesel and HVAC/R area.
1st place: Full tuition

Ford/AAA National Quality Challenge Scholarship
Competition
- State winners in teams of two in auto and from: CT, IL, IN, KY, ME,
MA, MI, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, VT, WV and WI
1st place: $5,000 tuition each
2nd place: $4,000 tuition each
3rd place: $3,000 tuition each
4th place: $2,000 tuition each
5th place: $1,000 tuition each
- All other states: first place only winners - $5,000 tuition

(CADA) Scholarship
- Two automotive technician tuition scholarships are awarded each year.

- The University of Northwestern Ohio offers the following awards:

Sears Craftsman
- Matching scholarships
Twenty-one $1,000 scholarships are given, and the University will match the $1,000
if recipients attend the University of Northwestern Ohio. Students should contact
the National Hotrod Association Youth and Education Services for an application,
(626) 250-2208.
Tech Prep Scholarships
- Each of the area technical schools in the West Central Ohio Tech
Prep Consortium will award a scholarship sponsored by the University
of Northwestern Ohio.
- The six technical schools are TriStar Career Compact, Vantage Vocational
School, Millstream Career Cooperative, Lima Senior High School Vocational
Program, Apollo Career Center and Ohio Hi-Point JVSD.
- Each school will award a $2,000 scholarship to be used at the University
of Northwestern Ohio for automobile programs.
- The recipient will be selected by the individual technical school
but must meet criteria set by the University of Northwestern Ohio.
- Contact the guidance office at the individual school for an application.
Global Automotive Aftermarket Symposium (GAAS) Scholarship
This program is funded from the net proceeds of the Global Automotive
Aftermarket Symposium. Scholarships of $1,000 are awarded to high school
graduates who are enrolling in a college/university or vocational-technical

UNOH Technology Maintenance Council Scholarship
- To be considered, students must apply through the TMC website, tmc.truckline.com.
- The amount of the scholarship is equal to full tuition, not to exceed $25,000.
- Students must be high school graduates with a 2.5 or higher GPA.
- Students must be members of the Technology Maintenance Council, an employee, or an employee's family member contracted by a company with at least one current dues paying the TMC membership.
- Winners will be selected by the Scholarship Committee.
SEMA Memorial Scholarship Program
This program provides scholarships of $1,000 to eligible recipients.
- Student must have a minimum 2.5 g.p.a
- Must be a U.S. citizen enrolled in an accredited university or college
- Must be pursuing studies leading to a career in the automotive aftermarket or
